Google operators against ATS domains
site:jobs.ashbyhq.com "employer of record" / site:job-boards.greenhouse.io "work from anywhere" / site:jobs.lever.co remote "Philippines". Swap the country and you get a live list in seconds.

Deel, Remote, Oyster, Multiplier, Remofirst, Playroll and Velocity Global all publish case studies and logo walls. Every company named there already employs across borders.
Job boards with real region filters
Himalayas, Jobgether, Remotive, Working Nomads, Wellfound, Remote Rocketship, and We Work Remotely - but use its Worldwide category, not the general "remote" one. Treat their country tags as leads, not proof.
