Retreat Terms and Conditions

1. General

By accepting your invitation to participate with Work Wanderers you are: 

(a) certifying that you are an adult with full contractual authority to join this coliving; 

(b) certifying that you have read and understand and accept these Terms and Conditions; and 

(c) agreeing that these Terms and Conditions constitute a binding contract governing your rights as a participant and the relationship between you and Work Wanderers.

Work Wanderers makes no verbal or written representation, warranty or agreements with respect to any Work Wanderers’ coliving or participation or the Services and Work Wanderers’ responsibilities and liabilities are expressly limited as provided for in these Terms and Conditions.

Due to improvements and growth, these Terms and Conditions may need to change. We therefor reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time but if we do, we will bring it to your attention by placing a notice on workwanderers.com and by sending you an email and/or by some other means. Please review all updates as once the Terms and Conditions have been updated, your continued participation in a Work Wanderers coliving and/or the use of the Services will constitute an acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the new Terms and Conditions, you are free to reject them. Unfortunately and except as otherwise provided herein, that will mean that you may no longer be able to use certain (or potentially all) of the Services.

We undertake to keep all personal information provided to us private and confidential and same will not be shared with any third parties.

2. Services

2.1. General.

Work Wanderers provides remote work and travel packages in the form of colivings in different locations around the World for various periods. Colivings can be viewed on the Work Wanderers website, namely (https://www.workwanderers.com/retreats/) and may change according to availability and the time of the year. Work Wanderers organizes and negotiates accommodation, logistics as stated, excursions as stated and networking events. Some program arrangements may be provided by independent third party providers (“Other Providers”).  When provided by such Other Providers, Work Wanderers acts only as an arranger and all services provided in connection with, before, during or after a trip, including but not limited to housing and transportation, are provided, owned and operated by Other Providers, whose employees, facilities, vehicles or vessels, products and services are not subject to Work Wanderers’ supervision and/or control. The Other Providers are solely responsible and liable for providing their respective products, provisions and services, unless otherwise specified. Work Wanderers is not their agent and is not responsible for their actions or inaction. The responsibility of Work Wanderers in connection with your coliving is strictly limited. Work Wanderers makes no warranty, either express or implied, regarding the suitability, safety, insurance or other aspects of the products and services provided by Work Wanderers or any Other Provider and any transportation, tours, services, products or facilities provided by Other Providers.

2.2. Communications.

You may receive communications from Work Wanderers, including messages that Work Wanderers sends to you (for example, via email, phone call, SMS, and/or text message). By applying for the coliving, you agree to receive communications from Work Wanderers. By providing us with your wireless telephone number, you confirm that you want Work Wanderers to send you information we think may be of interest to you. You agree to indemnify and hold Work Wanderers harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages (actual and consequential), losses and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or in any way related to your breach of the foregoing.

2.3. Disclaimer.

Work Wanderers and its designated coliving team members are not liable for, and you waive any claim for: 

2.3.1. any damage to or loss of property, or injury to or death of persons suffered during a coliving, whether or not occasioned directly or indirectly by an act or omission of Work Wanderers or of any Other Provider, including but not limited to any latent or undisclosed defect in any aircraft, watercraft, vehicle, hotel, apartment, workspace or other service or property operated or provided by Work Wanderers or any Other Provider; and

 

2.3.2. any loss or damage due to delay, cancellation or disruption in any manner caused by Work Wanderers or by the Other Providers, or any negligent or willful act or failure to act of or by Work Wanderers or any Other Provider or of any other third party, or any laws, regulations, acts or failures to act, demands, orders, or interpositions of any government or any subdivision or agent thereof, or by Acts of God, strikes, fire, flood, war, rebellion, conflict and/or unrest, terrorism, insurrection, sickness, quarantine, epidemics, theft, or any other cause(s) beyond their control. You waive any claim against Work Wanderers and/or its designated coliving team members for any such loss, damage, injury, or death and assume the risk of Work Wanderer’s negligence.

2.4. Activity Release.

To the extent that you engage in any activities in connection with the coliving or any other Services, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily elected to participate in such activities.  You further acknowledge and agree that the activities are voluntary recreational activities and that no officer, supervisor or other employee of Work Wanderers is requiring you to engage in the activity.  You are aware that there are risks and hazards associated with the activities and voluntarily assume all risk of loss, damage or injury to person or property which may arise from or is related to your engaging in the activities, whether such risk is known or unknown to you.  You are agreeing to this release in lieu of executing additional waivers in connection with such activities, but agree that you may be required by Work Wanderers or third parties to execute additional written waivers. The benefits of such waivers shall apply equally to Work Wanderers and shall not limit the waivers or release herein.  You hereby release Work Wanderers and all entities associated with Work Wanderers and agree not to sue or bring any proceeding against any of the same for any actions, claims or demands that you, your assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury or damages resulting from your engaging in the said activities.

2.5. Limitation of Liability.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY ANY APPLICABLE LAW AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DELICT [TORT], CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL WORK WANDERERS BE LIABLE TO YOU, YOUR EMPLOYER, YOUR CLIENT(S) OR POTENTIAL CLIENT(S), YOUR GUESTS / VISITORS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR:

  1. ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE OR DELAYS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WORK WANDERERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR 
  2. ANY CHANGE IN YOUR EMPLOYMENT STATUS AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING, OR 
  3. ANY AMOUNT, IN THE AGGREGATE, IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO WORK WANDERERS IN CONNECTION WITH THE COLIVING OR THE SERVICES IN THE ONE (1) OR TWO (2) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE APPLICABLE CLAIM, OR 
  4. ANY MATTER BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF WORK WANDERERS.  
  5. IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR TRIP, WORK WANDERERS SHALL ALSO NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES FOR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, MENTAL SUFFERING OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

2.6. Assumption of Risk.  

In joining Work Wanderers, you agree to assume responsibility for your own safety and you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee your safety at any time. Local conditions, including but not limited to infrastructure, road conditions, medical care, plumbing, agriculture, sanitation, building codes, safety and security, may differ significantly from those found in your home country. At any given moment there may be “trouble spots” in the World in terms of war, terrorism, conflict, unrest, crime, Acts of God, civil commotions, labor trouble, and/or other potential sources of harm. Governmental and tourist organizations provide information on foreign countries, including details of local conditions in specific cities and countries according to such Government’s and/or organization’s perception of risks to travelers. We strongly recommend that you obtain and consider such information when making travel decisions. Work Wanderers assumes no responsibility for gathering such information or providing it to you.

2.7. Itinerary Changes.

Work Wanderers and the coliving team members reserve the right, without penalty, to make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in their judgment, conditions warrant or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of participants. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate the coliving as planned, but alterations may still occur after final itineraries are sent to you.

3. Eligibility

3.1. General.

Work Wanderers reserves the right in its sole discretion to accept, decline to accept or remove any participant or guest on a Work Wanderers coliving or any part thereof at any time. Work Wanderers reserves the right to expel any participant from a coliving or remove a participant from a vessel, vehicle, event, activity, workspace or accommodation for any reason, including, but not limited to lack of payment or if we deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience and/or safety of the other participants, including if your behavior is deemed to cause or likely to cause danger to yourself or danger, distress or annoyance to other participants or if we reasonably determine that your condition would adversely affect your health, safety or enjoyment, or that of other participants or if we determine that you have engaged in illegal activities.  If we remove you from a coliving in progress or remove you from a vessel, vehicle, event, activity, workspace, or accommodations, you will not be entitled to any refund, payment, compensation or credit of any kind for unused or missed Services or costs incurred resulting from the termination of your participation and you will be responsible for that month’s fee in its entirety as well as your travel costs as you leave the coliving.

3.2. Employment.

Work Wanderer colivings are “remote work and travel” programs and as such they have requirements related to your work situation. Each participant shall be required to have to work throughout the duration of the coliving and is solely and individually responsible for securing and maintaining a job (employment) or be self-employed, with work that can be performed remotely throughout the duration of the coliving. Freelancers, contractors, entrepreneurs, remote workers and persons engaged in ongoing education may be eligible to join colivings. The determination of whether your work fulfills the requirements of this section is within Work Wanderers’ discretion.

3.3. Background Check.

Work Wanderers reserves the right to do background checks and to consider the results of said background checks in determining the eligibility of an applicant.

 

3.4. Documentation / Visas.

Participants are responsible for obtaining all and any documents required for their participation in the coliving, such as a valid passport, all visas, vaccination certificates, COVID-19 negative test and any other documents. Failure to obtain such documents does not negate the Terms and Conditions and any extra costs incurred for rerouting due to travel without the necessary documents will be the participant’s responsibility.  Work Wanderers is not a legal advisor or a professional advisor and it does not provide guidance on passport, medical and/or visa processes.

3.5. Illegal Activity.

All participants are expected to abide by the laws of each country visited. If at any point during the coliving you perform or engage in any illegal activity, Work Wanderers shall not be responsible in any manner for any legal ramifications of that activity and you may be removed from the coliving at your own cost and without any refund to you. Work Wanderers has no responsibility or obligation to notify participants of all applicable local laws.

4. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Price.  

The price for the Services shall be as set out in the order and specified on our website. 

4.2. Included in the price.

Please refer to coliving specific page to determine inclusions.

 

4.3. Not included in the price.

Passport, visa and permit expenses; medical expenses and immunizations; transportation to initial destination and from final destination; personal expenses such as meals, laundry, telephone calls, alcoholic and other beverages and any other items not specifically noted as included (unless otherwise indicated). 

 

4.4. Payment, Refunds and Cancellations:

4.4.1. Full payment option

In order to secure a spot on relevant coliving, the participant pays the full amount of coliving cost. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancelled 60 days in advance of coliving: 50% refund 
  • Cancelled 45-59 days weeks in advance of coliving: 25% refund
  • Cancelled 0-44 days in advance of coliving: No refund 

 

4.4.3. Other refund options

4.4.3.1. Coliving Cancellation

If the coliving is cancelled by Work Wanderers due to COVID-19 or other issues, all participants will be fully refunded or fully credited, including deposit. In the unlikely event this was to happen, participants will be notified 30 days prior to start date, unless unforeseen circumstances occur closer to start date, in which case, participants will be notified as well. This is at the discretion of Work Wanderers.

4.4.3.2. Coliving Credit

 If participant would like to cancel their coliving within 45 days of start date due to COVID-19 related reasons, they may be able to transfer the credit of the coliving minus the deposit ($500) it to a friend/colleague (approved by Work Wanderers) who can take their place on the retreat if they re unable to join. 

 

4.5. Payment Method.  

Payments can be made via PayPal, online credit card payments or EFT. We use various third-parties (mainly PayPal) for billing, payment processing, and financing options (“Third Party Processors”). The Third Party Processors use and store the financial information you provide and the processing of payments and billing will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Third Party Processors in addition to these Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for any error by the Third Party Processors. By choosing to participate in a Work Wanderers coliving, you agree to pay to us, through Third Party Processors, all charges at the prices then in effect for the coliving in accordance with the applicable payment terms and you authorize us, through the Third Party Processors, to charge your chosen payment provider (“Payment Method”). You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that the Third Party Processors may make even if it has already requested or received payment.

4.6. Discounts and Specials.

On occasion, discounts and specials may be available. These deals will run for a limited time only and will be relevant to specific colivings. The details will be communicated by your coliving coordinator if there is one available at that time. Discounts and Specials are only valid on upfront payments. Discounts and Specials are subject to change without any prior notice.  

4.7. Current Information Required.

You must provide us with current, complete and accurate billing information.

4.8. Travel Refunds.

During the coliving, no flight or other travel costs incurred by a participant will be reimbursed by Work Wanderers. Arriving late or leaving a coliving in progress, for any reason whatsoever, will not result in a refund, and no refunds will be made for any unused portions of a coliving. If a participant requests a travel change, the participant’s coliving coordinator will make an effort to assess and present alternative options. There is no guarantee that a change request will be granted. Neither Work Wanderers, nor its designated team members or affiliates, shall be liable for any cancellation penalty charged by an air carrier or other transportation provider.



5. Health and Medical

 

5.1. Health Requirements.

By joining a Work Wanderers coliving and/or using the Services, you certify that you do not have any mental, physical or other condition or disability that would or could create a hazard for yourself or other participants. Participants must be in good physical and mental health. Any condition (physical or mental), diet or treatment requiring special attention must be reported in writing to your coliving coordinator. Work Wanderers encourages participants to consult a doctor for specific medical advice related to any activities or destinations.  Work Wanderers reserves the right to request that a participant obtain a medical consent prior to departure as a condition of participation, and/or after a trip has begun as a condition of continued participation, should Work Wanderers deem it necessary to do so.

5.2. Medical Authorization and Coverage.

During your coliving, the availability of medical care may be limited or delayed. You acknowledge that all or part of your coliving may be in areas where medical care and evacuation may not be available. In the event a participant becomes sufficiently incapacitated as to be unable to direct his or her own care, there is no one on the trip who can direct the participant’s care, and Work Wanderers is unable or does not have time to contact a participant’s emergency contact, the participant, by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, authorizes any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of any injury or illness while participating in the activity including, but not limited to, X-ray, examination, anesthetic, medical or surgical diagnosis, or treatment and hospital care which is deemed advisable by and is to be rendered under the general or specific supervision of a licensed physician/medical doctor deemed competent to render the necessary care. In addition, by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the participant certifies that he or she has medical insurance which will cover personal accidents, medical expenses, medical evacuation, air ambulance, loss of effects, repatriation costs and all other expenses which might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience occurring to the participant, or that in the absence of this medical insurance coverage, the participant agrees to pay all costs of rescue and/or medical services as may be incurred on the participant’s behalf.

5.3. Travel Insurance.

You must have adequate travel insurance in order to participate in a Work Wanderers coliving. Work Wanderers may provide information about insurance options and references to trusted insurance partners during onboarding. You are however solely responsible for securing said insurance and Work Wanderers may or may not require you to present proof of said insurance. It is also advisable to seek travel insurance that covers flight cancellations/changes as well as COVID-19 related issues. 

5.4 COVID-19 Vaccinations & Tests

If there is a surge or outbreak of COVID-19 in the rea of retreat, Work Wanderers reserves the right to ask for a valid COVID-19 Vaccination certificate or a valid negative antigen or PCR test. 

 

5.4. Emergency Contact.

Work Wanderers reserves the right to contact your stated emergency contact for any reason related to your health or safety.



6. Photographs, Video and Content

6.1. License Grant.

Work Wanderers reserves the right to take photographs and video during your coliving. By traveling with us, you grant to us the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use and publish your image, or likeness, without compensation, for commercial, advertising, editorial, or any other purpose; and in any manner and medium, whether now known or hereafter devised; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without your inspection or approval. You hereby release and discharge us from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to the use by us of your image or likeness.

6.2. Representations and Warranties.

Photographs and video of your coliving may be submitted to us by you or by third parties such as (but not limited to) other travelers, tour guides, crew, or staff members. By submitting such photographs or video, the party making the submission is representing and warranting:

6.2.1. that the photo is their original work created solely by themselves and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any party; 

6.2.2. that they have obtained any and all necessary releases from subjects depicted in said original work; 

6.2.3. that they grant to us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable right and license to use, in any and all media whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, anywhere in the world, with the right to make any and all commercial or other uses thereof, including without limitation, reproducing, editing, modifying, adapting, publishing, displaying publicly, creating derivative works from, incorporating into other works or modifying the photo and 

6.2.4. that they hereby release and discharge us from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to the use by us of any photo submitted.

6.3. Social Media.

Additionally, by joining a Work Wanderers coliving and/or using the Services, you grant Work Wanderers a royalty-free irrevocable license to re-post or use for any purpose, any image or video including the #workwanderers or any written content (blog posts and articles) regarding Work Wanderers that you post on the internet and/or social media. We will however provide attribution. If you do not want to grant this specific right to Work Wanderers, please opt out by contacting: contact@workwanderers.com. Please note that this does not mean that we own your content and that you can still do what you want with it.

7. Legal

7.1. Time Limitation for Legal Action.

Any claim or legal action whether based on contract, tort, delict, statutory, constitutional or other legal rights, including without limitation bodily injury, illness to or death of a participant, alleged violations of civil rights, discrimination, consumer or privacy laws, or other statutory, constitutional or legal rights, or for any losses, damages or expenses relating to or in any way arising out of or connected with the coliving or Services, or against Work Wanderers must be commenced within the period of time applicable to the prescription of claims relating to the laws of the country in which the cause of action arose, from the date of injury, illness or death or the date the incident giving rise to the claim occurred or else shall be irrevocably waived, notwithstanding any provision or law of any state or country or international convention to the contrary.

 

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. Severability.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, void, or unenforceable, that term will be deemed to be severable and limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and shall not affect any other terms or negate the validity of the rest of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

8.2. Assignment.

You cannot assign, transfer or sublicense these Terms and Conditions, or your acceptance into the Work Wanderers coliving, or any accommodation, workspace seats, or services provided as part of a Work Wanderers coliving, without first obtaining our consent. We may assign, transfer, or delegate any of our rights and obligations without consent. You hereby acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Work Wanderers, and neither party has any authority to bind the other in any respect.

8.3. Confidential Information.

Throughout the course of your participation in a Work Wanderers coliving or while using the Services, you may be exposed to information, Work Wanderers vendors, Other Providers, documents, trade secrets, processes, and procedures that are confidential, proprietary to, and/or the intellectual property of Work Wanderers (collectively “Confidential Information”). You hereby agree that you will not: 

8.3.1. collect and/or copy Confidential Information for any use outside of the enjoyment of your Work Wanderers coliving; 

(ii) disseminate or publish Confidential Information; or, 

(iii) use Confidential Information to harm or compete with Work Wanderers.

8.4. Force Majeure.

Sometimes things come up that are outside of our control. You acknowledge and agree that we are excused and held blameless from any delay and will not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations stated in these Terms and Conditions if the failure is caused by something that is reasonably beyond our control, including but not limited to, war, earthquakes, fire, flood, explosions, terrorist attacks, government action, extreme weather, epidemics, pandemics etc.

8.5. Waiver.

If we do not enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions, it shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any rights hereunder and does not mean we give up the right to later enforce that part or any other part. In order for any waiver of compliance with these Terms and Conditions to be binding, we must provide you with written notice of such waiver through one of our authorized representatives.

 

9. COVID-19 Policies (Refunds & Credits)

9.1. General.

“COVID-19” shall be interpreted as the Pandemic caused by the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) created by the virus known as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) that has affected and continues to affect the World. This clause also covers any potential mutation of the virus, together with any similar virus that would be categorized by the World Health Organization (“WHO”) as an epidemic and/or pandemic. COVID-19 shall in any case be interpreted as a Pandemic, therefore triggering a Force Majeure. Any associated Force Majure clause, section, paragraph or sentence, contained in these Terms and Conditions, shall remain in full force until such time as the WHO declares the COVID-19 Pandemic over.

9.2. Liability

Work Wanderers shall not be held liable or responsible and you will not be refunded should you contract, be infected by, or exposed to COVID-19, either; 

9.2.1 before, during, or after a coliving and/or a Service performed by us; 

9.2.2 from a member of staff, another Participant or a member of the public;

9.2.3 inside the coliving, at a location recommended by a member of staff, or elsewhere. 

Work Wanderers shall not be held liable or responsible and you will not be

refunded if;

9.2.4.  you are unwilling to travel to the country and/or location in which the coliving was set to occur;

9.2.5. you are prevented from traveling to the country and/or location in which the coliving was set to occur;

9.2.6. you are prevented from joining the accommodation in which the coliving was set to occur;

9.2.7. you are quarantined or in lockdown before, during, or after a coliving;

9.2.8. you are unwilling, unable, and/or prevented from enjoying, attending and/or joining the experience in which the coliving was set to occur following COVID-19, a resurgence of COVID-19, lockdown procedures, quarantine, or any other Governmental Regulations and/or Private Sector Regulations affecting Work Wanderers and/or you (the participant), which indirectly or directly affects the experience, Services and/or coliving provided to you.

Work Wanderers shall not be liable and you may only be entitled to a full or partial refund, at our sole discretion, if;

9.2.9.  Work Wanderers is unable to carry out the Services in the country and/or location in which the coliving was set to occur;

9.2.10 Work Wanderers is prevented from carrying out the Services in the country and/or location in which the coliving is set to occur;

9.2.11. Work Wanderers’ staff is unable to travel to the accommodation in which the coliving was set to occur;

9.2.12. Work Wanderers is forced to delay, reschedule, postpone or cancel the coliving due to COVID-19 and/or a Force Majeure, Governmental Regulations and/or Private Sector Regulations;

9.2.13. Work Wanderers is forced to cancel, interrupt, or relocate the coliving due to COVID-19, Governmental Regulations, Private Sector Regulations, and/or a customer falling ill or contracting COVID-19.

9.2.14. Work Wanderers is forced to quarantine, separate, re-allocate, or remove some or all Customers from the Booked Chapter and/or location due to COVID-19, Governmental Regulations, Private Sector Regulations, and/or (a) Customer(s) falling ill, contracting, and/or being exposed to COVID-19.

9.3. Communication

We will always strive to provide you with the latest information and data necessary for you to make an informed decision and be adequately aware of the requirements necessary to travel. However as we cannot give you personalized information, we request you to obtain all the required information before you book for a coliving to avoid any losses as we will unfortunately not be able to refund you.

10.  COVID-19 Policies (termination)

10.1. Removal

Work Wanderers may remove you from a booked coliving at our sole   discretion, should;

10.1.1 you have engaged in behavior deemed potentially detrimental to the health and safety of other participants or the wider population;

10.1.2 you refuse to take adequate steps to protect the health and safety of other participants or the wider population;

10.1.3 you refuse to respect and/or deliberately breach Government Regulations and/or Private Sector Regulations.

10.1.4 you disregard, disobey, neglect, ignore, disregard, breach, violate, transgress Government Regulations and/or Private Sector Regulations.

In the event that you are found to have breached any element contained in section above, Work Wanderers may;

10.1.5. remove you from the coliving and/or location; and

10.1.6. withhold any and all sums paid by you to us for the coliving in which the breach has occur, together with any future colivings, Services, products, deposits, or associated monies.

 



10.2. Liability

10.2.1. we shall not be liable for any loss incurred by you as a result of breaching these terms, including but not limited to sections 9 and 10. We deny all liability to reimburse you for any consequential loss resulting from an early termination of Services, removal from a coliving, repatriation, loss of reputation, loss of employment, loss of reservation, loss of deposits, and/or any other financial loss.

10.2.2. we shall not be liable for any loss incurred by you should we cancel, postpone, reschedule, or suspend a booked coliving and/or Services for any reason including but not limited to COVID-19 or other Force Majeure. We deny all liability to reimburse you for any consequential loss resulting from such termination of Services, cancellation, suspension, postponement, rescheduling of a booked coliving and/or Services, repatriation, loss of employment, loss of reservation, loss of deposits, and/or any other financial loss.

10.2.3. we shall not be liable for any loss incurred by you should we quarantine, separate, seclude, reallocate, distance, rearrange, remove, reassign you and/or other Participants from the coliving and/or location, accommodation, room, quarters, house, apartment, dwelling occupied by you and used by us for a coliving and/or to perform the Services, for any reason including but not limited to COVID-19 or other Force Majeure. We deny all liability to reimburse you for any consequential loss resulting from such change of Services, separation, rearrangement, reassignment, quarantine, removal, from the coliving and/or location, repatriation, loss of employment, loss of reservation, loss of deposits, physical or mental health deterioration and/or any other loss.

10.2.4. we shall not be liable for any loss incurred by you should we remove, expel, evict, evacuate, withdraw, transfer you from the coliving and/or location, accommodation, room, house, apartment, dwelling occupied by you and used by us for a coliving and/or to perform the Services, for any reason including but not limited to COVID-19 or other Force Majeure. We deny all liability to reimburse you for any consequential loss resulting from such early termination of Services, removal, eviction, reassignment, expulsion, forced removal, removal, evacuation, transfer from the coliving and/or location, repatriation, loss of employment, loss of reservation, loss of deposits, physical or mental health deterioration and/or any other loss.

10.3. Rights

10.3.1. we shall have full rights and authority, at our sole discretion, to quarantine, separate, seclude, reallocate, distance, rearrange, remove, reassign you from the coliving and/or location, accommodation, room, quarters, house, apartment, dwelling, places occupied by you and used by us for a coliving and/or to perform the Services.

10.3.2. we shall have full rights and authority, at our sole discretion, to remove, expel, evict, evacuate, withdraw, transfer you from the coliving and/or location, accommodation, room, house, apartment, dwelling occupied by you and used by us for a coliving and/or to  perform the Services.

10.3.3. we shall have full rights and authority, at our sole discretion, to deny entry to and/or remove you from the coliving and/or location, accommodation, room, quarters, house, apartment, dwelling, places occupied by you and used by us for the coliving and/or to perform the Services, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are ill or have been in contact with someone who is ill in the last 14 days preceding such suspicions.

10.3.4 we shall have full rights and authority, at our sole discretion, to carry out any act included but not limited to section 10, to protect, safeguard and/or preserve the health and safety of other Participants and/or members of the public.
